      Working here will drain your soul

      Pros

      Snacks and Rainey street office so after work it's a short distance to drown your sorrows and stress at the bars.

      Cons

      Long hours with little or no breaks. The pay is very minimal, you're required to get into the office before 7am and leave after 5pm even much later in order to be successful. The people and customers that you work with will be extremely unprofessional. Working 1 month here will make you feel like you've aged 5 years. You will receive very little training and shadow people who will treat you like you're stupid. They will grind you out. There are better opportunities elsewhere in Austin. Save yourself the trouble and time.

Freight is a 24/7 industry and many of our employees in sales positions do work extended hours in order to be successful.       Beware .....unprofessional management

      The job is a perfect match if you're NOT interested in advancement. I found myself beset by yet another protectionist, technocratic culture in the finance department. People blaming you for not knowing proprietary functions

      Cons

      Catfish. Terrible pay, terrible hours, no benefits until you're allowed to transfer to permanent status.

      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      I am very pleased with my decision to join the Zengistics Team. High energy environment. I worked for one of the largest freight brokerages in the country before coming here, and I can honestly say the company culture here is like no other in the industry. With many logistics jobs you will see a high turnover rate and poor moral in the office. Not here! I genuinely enjoy coming to work everyday. It's fun being a part of a company that is growing so fast. I love my job, I love the people I work with, and I believe in this company.

      None. If you are willing to work hard and put in the hours you will do well here.
