      Some of the directors are not working well in their position. There’s one lady in SG office who used to work in Starcom… she’d shout at her team with vulgar words…

      Good Account Portfolio but Unhealthy Workload for Employees

      Good account portfolio and you can learn a lot because you do everything from planning to billing but that in itself is unhealthy if you have multiple accounts to handle all at the same time without proper support from the management

      Cons

      Unfair and unhealthy workload for the employees and if people resign, the rest of the team has to take on the job without replacement.

      Plenty of regional resource and training available for the local market

      Cons

      HR sucks! Transparency is something that the management preached but not something that they practized. Compensation and reward are based on favouritism and lies.
