We always aim to build a culture where everyone is encouraged to taken on higher responsibilities and achieve great job satisfaction. As the nature of the business is such, we do acknowledge that most of our employees spend significant time at client sites. Everyone's contribution is certainly being acknowledged and assessed by Zenith management via regular feedback sessions with our clients. We believe this plays an important role in driving a fair salary adjustment/promotion over time. Thanks for letting us know about your experience at Zenith so far. We pride ourselves on creating a flexible but varied working environment and encourage everyone to support each other equally so I am glad you feel that. Our project work is done to the highest of standards and sometimes there are tight deadlines to work towards, people can be busy but there should be open environment where help can be ascertained throughout.
