Pros

It's a great company to work on, with cutting edge products and technologies. It has a very solid portfolio of products and a wide range of customers. The teams are very knowledgeable and thrive to help customers achieve their best.

Cons

It has though many limitations when it comes to available resources or intention of developing further the products, either permanently or ad hoc for the customer. The Support level has lowered since a few product acquisitions since many of the experts were not kept.

Pros

Best talent in the world, I’m constantly amazed by the quality of the people they hire. Global environment with tons of things to learn; unbelievable pace with fast learning opportunities. Working from home (or wherever you want). Weekly payments at excellent hourly rates.

Cons

There has been a period with too many organizational changes (all for the better, but can be challenging). Working with the Central functions is sometimes hard as you need to figure out what are the processes and tools and who are the right people to reach out to.
