Just don't

Pros

Work from home. Nice compensation if you can meet the impossible expectations.

Cons

Products are just reformulated reselling of Google, Facebook etc.. They claim they have an algorithm but the sales numbers for dealers have no correlation to the spend. Prepare to be micromanaged. Different departments are at odds with each other so expect to be treated rudely. This is the most asinine thing: your expected to sell 15k a month in product but that's really 180k, after you do that you get credit for the sale for 3 months towards quota then its kicked to a telephone sales team. There is no relationship building and the higher ups don't care. It's incredibly unrewarding, you will have no input on any parts of the process or deliverables. Have fun suckers.

Pros

You'll have a job but that's about it

Cons

Very toxic work environment resulting from upper mgmt. that treats their employees like servants. Examples: No transparency. Will send employees into the field to sell inferior products and solutions with very high margins and employees will not be armed with adequate information to answer client questions or objections. No "open door" policy here. If you have an idea to improve a process, product or service, etc you might as well keep it to yourself. They have no interest in employee "ideas" or suggestions but will take one from you and 6 mos later introduce to the rest of the company as their own. No rules. They will make a commitment to you (only verbally), for example on compensation, once achieved they will deny there was ever an agreement and you will receive less. They will yell at you. If you do what you believe to be right for a client and your decision is in fact fair, honorable and appropriate but upper mgmt does not like it you stand a very good chance of being yelled at. literally yelled at. Might sound like I am a disgruntled ex-employee but I confidently speak for more than a half dozen ex-employees who have experienced all and more described above. be very cautious. If you need a job and take one with this company you can expect to make less than what your comp pkg states, there will be no, absolutely no perks, if you keep your head down and say nothing you might survive without an ulcer but if you have a brain and would like to use it and to be rewarded for it then the path upward in this company is to do only as you are told and to only think of what's best for the company in the immediate term rather than it's clients or employees. Sorry but that's what I and too many others have experienced first hand. Best of luck

Pros

- Team members - Remote work - Decent pay - Deep pocketed company that won't go under

Cons

- Management, Management, Management - Managers bully you - Managers lie - Managers berate you even if work is done on time and correctly - Performance plans given so often, no room for any human error - You are so replaceable to them - HR is buddy buddy with managers so they don't help in fact speaking to them makes your career at risk
