      Pros

      1. Afternoon bananas and evening snacks on the house. 2. If you stay late after 9.30 pm , food compensation up to Rs. 175 is on the house. 3. That's it. This company doesn't have more than 2 pros.

      Cons

      1. Hectic working hours ( more than 12 hrs per day, which will destroy your personal life). 2. Lots of politics like any other big company. 3. They have a company policy which changes every minute. DONT EVEN THINK OF JOINING THEM. 4. 2 year employment bond of Rs. 2 lakhs for most of the people ( some people like me have no bond but we had contract so they can fire us anytime ). 5. Management doesn't listen to your suggestions and output, they only care about you working like a donkey. 6. Management looks at quantity of work instead of quality of work i.e. your increment depends on the hrs your put in the office rathee than your quality of work. 7. This company works on the principal of "Work like a ROBOT and get paid like a LABOUR".

      Not good fit for long career. Don't join

      Pros

      Initial 6 months seems okay to work if you are starting our career. Beyond that No. That also if you are allocated under proper Project manager

      Cons

      Lack of proper management Career growth does not happen as no proper plans or guidance is received from management. Skills are not improved over the time. Things used are not upto market standard and trending technologies are not used until they are dead Work Life balance is missing Bias and favourism is done so much Some managers lack professionalism Lack of proper employee friendly culture. Or culture of any sort To be continued..

      Worst company to work for

      Pros

      They give chance to freshers, that too because no one stays back after bond period and that is their strategy to hire freshers as slaves.

      Cons

      Everything. No work life balance. Toxic and incompetent micro managers. No growth. Work on almost every other weekend. Unrealistic deadlines. Too much office politics and bootlicking. HR department is a laughing stock. Save yourself while you can, don't join.
