      Weekly lunch was paid by company. Small company and family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Small company and family members are mixed within different departments. Not a stable application and many unhappy customers.

      Close-knit team Small, so you are exposed to a wide variety of opportunities Fast-paced with little time to get bored Flexible

      Not as many opportunities to advance as with a larger company Gets hectic and a little disorganized sometimes

      Pros

      There are absolutely none. The product is unstable, the leadership is unstable or non-existent.

      Cons

      Company, product, future, leadership; all are highly volatile. There is absolutely no structure within this organization. The leadership is nothing less than extremely humorous as the more senior leaders would never meet the requirements for those positions within any other organization and all are subject to the rantings of one hysterical employee who single handedly makes everyone's life absolutely miserable. It is nothing less than a joke to look back on.
