Maybe free food? Apart from that, there are no Pros worth talking about to be honest. Right from the Hiring, where the HR team runs like people with no clue to on-boarding, without having a clear picture of what next. The positive reviews that you see here are just to push down the negative reviews, probably the part, which they are completely pro at. The HR is absolutely clueless about anything. They make false promises to everyone, but turn back on their words as soon as confronted.

Cons, let's see where do we start from. I think this whole thing is a Con. No respect for employees and their careers. The HR team is only for hiring resources, and they make a huge mess of that too. No clarity about the internal processes. Inhumane working culture. Absolutely no work life balance. Inexperienced managers, who think they are the gods of some Parallel Utopian society, which gives them rights to destroy someone's career. The higher management has absolutely no clear picture of what they are doing or what their plan of action is going to be. Treat suppliers and sellers like they are some lowly people. The growth strategy is all over the place, something catches the fancy and then suddenly dies a slow and painful death.
