Very interesting data architecture and use of AI. Some talented individuals trying to do good work despite systemic issues. Flexibility in work-from-home policies.
Cons
Toxic blame culture and a truly horrendous place to work. Lack of direction and power struggles with senior management and varying team. Lack of accountability at the top. High turnover of staff. Poor communication.
