Pros

No pros in the company. Start searching for a new job from Day 1

Cons

This is a place for people who don't belong or fit anywhere else. Don't stick around in this company for long if you had to take this job out of adversities in life. The organization is unethical and hollow. The founders are cheap, shameless, and lie through their teeth. Be prepared to be PIPed even when you were sincere. There is huge attrition and the product is immature. The company does not have the courtesy to aid you with severance pay and they lack emotions and empathy and choose to fire you on New Year's eve. The company is poorly managed with no roadmap or direction. One of the wannabe founders who knows nothing about sales was heading sales who will look into you eyes and lie blatantly. EMPLOYEES ARE THREATENED AND COERCED INTO SHARING COLORFUL AND POSITIVE REVIEWS. BEWARE OF THESE THUGS.

Pros

1. CEO Personality: The CEO often makes grand, exaggerated promises ("Hum yeh kardenge, wo kar denge") without a clear plan. It's like he's running the company as if it's a reality show, playing the role of a Big Boss, making impulsive decisions that affect everyone without considering the real consequences. 2. Toxic Leadership: The CEO plays "LALA Type things" and favors certain individuals, leading to an unfair and biased work environment. 3. Unfair OKR System: Rules for OKR calculation are often changed to suit the leadership's narrative, making it difficult to achieve good performance ratings even if you're doing your job well. 4. Lack of transparency: Decisions are made hastily without proper consideration, affecting employees unfairly. 5. Blame Culture: Some managers shift blame onto junior employees instead of taking responsibility for failures.

Cons

1. False Public Image: The company may win "Best Work Culture" awards. I don't know how. But internally the culture is driven by blame-shifting, a lack of support, and poor decision-making without even thinking. 2. Unfair PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) policy: The company has a policy to put employees on a PIP if they fail to achieve 60% of their OKRs over the past two months. However, the CEO often manipulates OKR calculations, ignoring previous achievements and falsely evaluating performance to unjustly place employees on PIP. 3. Unreasonable Hybrid work policies: Even if the official office hrs are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, if you arrive at the office by 9:20 or 9:25 AM, your work-from-home privileges can be revoked because the CEO considers you "LATE". This lack of flexibility creates unnecessary stress.
