Wonderful direct management and team.

Cons

Claim they follow the core values of team Play, Integrity and 1% better. Non of which senior management follows. CEO is so far removed from its employees it is insulting. HR is almost non existent. Company lacks commitment to its employees and clients they serve. They due not uphold ethical standards or client care.

No raises, they’ll lie to you during the interview and then gaslight you, micro managing supervisors, care is dictated by insurance, directors belittle and interrogate daily, no tuition reimbursement, no room for growth, structure and expectations change constantly, high turn over, perpetually understaffed, they will work you to exhaustion, they deny PTO requests or take their time approving
