Pros: -Excellent work-life balance that’s genuinely respected across the company -Supportive and inspiring leadership that offers constructive, growth-oriented feedback -Engaging company events that foster connection and team camaraderie beyond day-to-day tasks -Exciting growth potential with opportunities to make a real impact -Generous PTO policy that encourages employees to fully disconnect and recharge

Cons

Cons: -Not too much to complain about. Communication could be better but every company in the world has this same issue. If anything, Ziosk does well with communication but that would be the only thing to improve on.
