Honestly, almost everything. Terrible experience from the start. Absolutely no structure and they expect someone to magically know what to do. Extremely toxic work environment, feels like the movie mean girls. Almost entire staff gossips and bad mouths others. Not welcoming, no training, working long hours, weird expectations. Very high turnover due to the lack of competence within management hiring and firing within weeks of a new hire being there. Expect to have no job security

Leadership is either toxic or clueless on what’s going on. They micromanage and get involved in every little thing, which makes it hard to feel comfortable getting work done. They don’t treat employees with respect and don’t set clear goals/expectations for a role. Toxic place all around with a product that is years behind what’s already on the market.
