      Great company ruined by new CTO

      Pros

      Amazing colleagues that will help you in your journey. Decent pay.

      Cons

      No direction and company is in a rapid downfall under new egoistic CTO. His technical knowledge is zero but good enough to fool the management with few words he picked on the way. Then human management is beyond zero. Do not have calibre to even be a lower level manager.

      Team members are ok to work with.

      Cons

      CTO no direction, no empathy, feels like knows everything and an SME in all aspects. CEO & CTO are very good friends with each other that's why CEO protects him. More than 30 employee's resigning and more are coming since Luis Enriquez arrived. Imagine, even the previous CIO resigned because of him. He's not human. This company now has a culture that is totally opposite on the values that the company wants to inculcate to its employee's.

      Remuneration package is market average or sllghtly above.

      Cons

      Culture and Leadership had changed this year, some leaders favor people who are "Yes" man, are bias with their own perception casts over people who are not "Yes" man instead of truely listening or respecting different views. Good for followers, not disruptors or people looking for growth. As some leader will find ways to remove non-followers.
