Fast-paced eCommerce environment where you can learn basic skills quickly. Colleagues were generally supportive and team-oriented. Opportunity to get hands-on experience in Amazon and online retail.
Cons
Extremely high turnover — most employees don’t stay longer than a year. No health insurance, retirement plans, or long-term benefits. Many positions require no prior experience, which leads to constant training and replacement. Heavy reliance on overseas contractors, reducing opportunities for U.S.-based employees.
