Cons

There are significant issues that make this company an extremely difficult and demotivating place to work: • Onboarding: There is no structured onboarding process for new employees; neither HR nor management provides adequate guidance or support during the period. • Budget Management: Employees often spend extensive time preparing proposals for minor expenses, only for these to be dismissed. This process wastes time and signals a lack of trust in employees' judgment. • Employee Benefits: The promised 10% discount is negligible, as external customers can access better deals. Reviews praising the company's benefits seem disconnected from reality, as the benefits offered are below industry standards and fail to meet employees' expectations. This highlights a lack of genuine investment in employee satisfaction and well-being. • Work Environment: The office lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. It's common to encounter pests in the cafeteria, uncleaned toilets, and broken furniture. These conditions are unacceptable for any workplace. • Trust and Monitoring: The use of questionable monitoring software for remote work conveys distrust in employees, creating a toxic atmosphere. • Temperature Control: The office climate is unbearable, with temperatures exceeding 30°C in summer and nearing freezing in winter. Complaints regarding these conditions are consistently ignored, despite claims in other reviews that the company is "always open for improvements." In reality, feedback from employees is met with indifference, and ownership of problems is virtually nonexistent. Issues are passed around without resolution, creating a frustrating and unproductive environment even for such little matters. • Team Morale: The team appears disengaged, doing only the bare minimum required to meet expectations. This lack of motivation stems from a culture where new ideas are routinely met with lengthy explanations of why they won't work, rather than encouragement or constructive discussion. Over time, this stifles creativity and fosters an environment of apathy. • Processes: There is a glaring absence of organizational structure and efficient processes, leading to constant inefficiencies and frustrations. • Product Quality: The products do not meet basic quality standards, which affects both employees' confidence in the company and customer satisfaction.
