I had an extremely disappointing experience working in QA/SDET team. Their management style is based on favoritism, which creates an unfair and demotivating work environment. Rather than recognizing employees based on merit, they reward a select few while disregarding the efforts of the rest of the team.
Additionally, the manager is a micromanager to an unbearable extent. Instead of trusting employees to do their jobs, they constantly interfere, nitpick over minor details, and demand unnecessary updates, which hinders productivity rather than improving it.
Professionalism is severely lacking in their leadership. They often engage in toxic behavior, speaking down to employees and creating a stressful work culture. Instead of fostering collaboration and respect, they thrive on negativity and unnecessary criticism. Their inability to communicate constructively makes it difficult to have a healthy working relationship.
Overall, working in Zupee has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. Their toxic leadership style stifles growth, kills morale, and creates a hostile workplace. I would not recommend working under their management to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment.
