Pros

Their are non best things in zvky to work with not good artist bad production pipeline you will get frustrated working in that weird organization.

Cons

Please don't join this comapany they don't have any good projects. Hr and management is very bad they even deduct salary without any reason and they show illogical LOP. I was working in this organization for a year and believe me ant a single good artist stays in this organization frequently people left the company cause the behavior of the production manager is very bad and madly. And all this reviews and the starts you will get to see here they do it by themselves not a real person gives review. And more over the last day the hr came to my room when I use to live in and pressurised me and took all my money away stating some Illogical points which was not even in the contract. If someone really wants to ruin career they can join this company.

Pros

You get some good projects very rarely, but they all tank due to toxic management and poorly skilled producers, leads and pipeline.

Cons

The management thinks the answer to managing a good studio is to run it like a sweatshop, no respect for artists or their time, skillsets or their opinions by producers or management and dirty politics. Artist flourish under freedoms, not restrictions. The overall ambience is that of a funeral with tonnes of restrictions, the most recent being the audio cut for all system so people can't even listen to music, videos or relax occasionally. No flexible timing in work. You are expected to report before 9:30 but leave only when the deliverables are complete, even if its 12 in the night.,with no compensation either monetary on in leaves. LOP without question if you are late by even 5 mins. No source of entertainment, Negative vibes from everyone and being told not to bond much with fellow artists since it eats away at being productive at work,and artist being blamed for all project failures when all deliverable go through multiple iterations through leads, producers and a foreign art director not even in the same timezone. The studio is OBSESSED with NUMBERS, SPREADSHEETS and EFFICIENCY. Artist are no longer human beings but just manhours on a spreadsheet and an efficiency percentage to the management. If that's the solution then it's time you replace the artist with robots and AI because only they can reach the efficiency bar you have set. No amount of shouting or unprofessional behavior by senior management and leads will help anyone. Somehow people think this is the norm. This only decreases morale, motivation and loyalty. If the current poor retention rate and loosing good artists in droves over a span of a few months isn't a wake up call then I don't know what is. The production environment is itself negative, which will in turn reflect poorly on the artists. NOT the other way around. You NEED an IT person, someone trained for the job. And replace the ageing systems, because slow systems leads to productivity loss and hence lower efficiency.

Pros

1.Many varieties of slot games projects. 2.Artists can work in their suitable project if he/she is not eager to work specific projects.

Cons

1.Salaries are main issues for most of the employees. 2.Hikes are too bad. 3.Too many projects to handle per lead. 4.Biding times for task is way too low for creative thinking and execution. 5.Not enough man power , lack of suitable and experienced artist for specific task. 6.Has political environment to protect perticular seats.Spcific people always gets the benifits. 7.Unless you comes under on particular shade or keep oiling , you won't be getting your deserved place. 8.Not good for creative and career growth unless you joined on high package. 9.Artist always get pressurized of deadlines and get shifted very frequently to others projects which disturb their mind often.
