There are some really talented, nice people that work there and the product itself is amazing. It's a shame they have such a high staff turnover.

Cons

The culture at Zype is horrible. The CEO is verbally abusive to the point of employees crying on the floor. The leadership team completely lack direction and there's a big culture of firing employees if you simply don't like them very much. If the company is still around and you get a job offer from this company, RUN.

You can tell the positive reviews were written by execs who want to give the false impression that Zype is a phenomenal place to work

Cons

Every department is a mess except for maybe product - marketing, sales, customer service always seem to struggle. No direction. Not everyone gets paid commensurately. TERRIBLE culture...there's a reason why turnover is high
