      Attainable company vision Great knowledge bank Very collaborative culture Reputable clients to have in your resume Fun colleagues

      Cons

      Low pay / unfair payment system. Always saying no budget, but the truth is, there is favouritism. If you don't play your cards right, you won't get paid fairly. Top guys get paid well, bottom feeders gets the scraps. Work load not shared equally. Not the best benefits system.

      Under market rate pay, increment isn’t great Overworked by taking over other people’s jobs who left without additional benefits No OT policy Unclear or limited career path - manager wasn’t helpful in charting that path or maximising potential of the workers. Many executives seem to stay stagnant. Growth is overall limited, many feel like the company is not progressing much.
