- Amazing team - Great office space - Convenient location - Excellent hiring policy, and very intelligent team to work with. The best thing about this business is the people you work with. They are smart, hard working and supportive on all levels. Perhaps the best hiring policy in MK.
Cons
Before you accept their offer, I urge you to ask to see their numbers on staff turnover. Ask for the record between 2015 - Now, then make your decision. You will be absolutely shocked I promise you! - Management and staff in general are forever changing. So any development that someone promises or begins to try to implement get's lost in translation. Much like the promise they make to their clients; "selling an over priced product, to a clientele that has no money and trying to sell to a group of people that have no power" - They try to squeeze blood out of a stone (making you work in a team that is generally at least 1 person short, with increasing work but no investment in the team or in growth - Management are selfish, arrogant and immature (not all management, some are very friendly but have minimal power due to top level management) - Ever dangling carrot - you will be promised the world and not given a brick! If you are looking to achieve and improve outside of this business, it is not possible because you are not given the opportunity nor the support (despite them preaching it) - If you're not liked, you're not liked. I have seen these people sack VERY talented people on numerous occasions because their face didn't fit the bill - If I was to start again at this company, I would never work as hard, never commit to the level I did and never give them the time that was never going to get me any steps up.
