Pros

It has some reasonably good clients thanks to its old boys network, but it is fast losing its competitive advantage

Cons

1) Bad management. overcommits and underdelivers 2) A big fat middle management consisting of ex bankers and consultants , too few engineers and architects 3) Politics in the Swiss canton style is the name of the game 4) The question is not whether your colleagues will stab you in the back, it is a question of which hand holds the knife 5) No stock options for average employees even if you break your back to deliver their projects 6) Colleagues show no mutual respect and are always yelling and abusing each other

Pros

Nice friendly people, relaxed workload

Cons

- no raise, no bonus, count every penny - no career progress - everything is always perfect, but people are leaving and managers are changing - no transparent numbers - very rare if an employee stays longer than 1 year - lot of politics, startup/non-startup environment depends on what company can benefit from

Pros

In sumary this company is not the worst company to work for, but there is no future for your career. Good to take until a job with a better future is secured. - nice colleagues - reasonable workload - no micro - interesting product

Cons

- you won't get a raise or bonus - no career progression - company is not transparent - very bad HR - crazy high turnover (people stay about 1 year) - company tries to hide when somone has resigned - not a startup, but conveniently told to be "a startup" to justify why normal things that one would expect are not in place

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, including your advice to Management. It is important to me to hear what we are doing well and which areas we need to improve. What attracts people to join and stay with additiv is the opportunity to work with highly qualified colleagues who are cooperative, demonstrate a can-do attitude, and enjoy creating and shaping the future of the wealth management industry by being empowered to do what it takes to get their work done without being micro-managed. Based on the feedback and reviews from industry experts, what additiv offers in terms of hybrid wealth management products, including the comprehensive API-catalogue and platform solutions, is both innovative and industry-leading for ‘embedded wealth’ and Wealth Management-as-a-Service. Compensation in our company is based on performance, meritocracy, and what a mid-sized WealthTech company can afford to pay. We regularly compare our compensation with industry benchmarks. Given the importance we put on retaining our key contributors who identify with our company’s vision, we are proud that having rapidly grown to 150 employees over the last three years, we can count on the support of many highly committed and loyal employees who have been with additiv for many years. They have progressed in their professional careers by having taken on more responsibility and been promoted within additiv. Our committed HR colleagues tirelessly work to build and support an inclusive, result-oriented culture based on open feedback and mutual respect. And I am very proud of what our HR team delivers and contributes every day. Despite our best efforts, we sometimes learn that we are not the right employer for certain people. I am sorry to read that in your case, we apparently were not the right match. Adrian Weiss Head Corporate Services, Member Group Executive Board
