Sometimes it can be hard to maintain work-life balance

-The job was very different from what was described during recruitment. -As an engineer with 10 years of experience, I was assigned mainly to cleaning aircraft parts, which was the same work done by interns. -I was not informed before joining that this would be an “experiment”. When I raised concerns to managers and supervisors, they were ignored. -Management structure is very heavy, with many managers, supervisors and strong micromanagement. -After moving to office work, I experienced daily bullying and hostile behavior. Such behavior was officially reported by several employees, but no action was taken. -Request to move to another position inside the company was refused. -There was no exit interview and no contact from HR after resignation. -I relocated to another country and declined a higher-paid job based on the role that was offered. Only after joining did I understand that the work did not match my experience. I tried many times to solve the situation professionally, but no solution was offered. The situation affected my mental health, and I finally resigned.
