Pros - I found myself in-between jobs in 2014. Jobs were scarce and I didn't know how I was going to help put food on the table for 3 people. Renata was able to schedule an interview on short notice. In a couple of weeks time, she successfully placed me with a company that I worked with for the next 3.5 years. - Understands candidates needs and career goals. - Deliberate consideration of work life quality balance while selecting potential opportunities - Offers honest assessment of clients needs, environment, expectations - My needs for a challenging environment were heard and met. I never once felt like I was placed to fill a seat or meet a contract obligation to client. At the end of the day, I felt like my assignment was a tailor fit for me. The 2 month commitment eventually lead to a 3+ year career destination.

Phenomenal organization lead by individuals who care about their employees, clients and candidates. Smart, motivated, fun team- very collaborative and results driven group of people passionate about IT recruiting in Atlanta. Awesome environment with lots of autonomy!!!
