Everyone is genuinely helpful and supportive, fostering a collaborative environment. Working for a company that specializes in compensation and pay equity is rewarding. It’s inspiring to see that beqom practices what it preaches, they clearly value their own employees just as much as they help their clients value theirs. The overall culture is positive, international, and focused on teamwork, making it a great place to grow professionally.

      Pros

      Great company culture with a collaborative and supportive team. Strong focus on innovation in a very interesting and growing space like compensation and total rewards. There is a lot to learn, especially for someone new, and good exposure to international clients and complex projects. Management is approachable and there is a clear opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

      Cons

      As a new joiner, there is a lot to take in at the beginning, especially given the depth of the product and domain. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the team is supportive and helps you get up to speed quickly.
