Pros
High growth company with many things you can do. Successful company with strong backing.
Cons
Messy, confused, lots of processes that's not in sync. Leaders always changing decisions. Flat hierarchy, but if you not of a certain rank, some senior employees will act as though you don exist. Management is management in title, but no leadership, no guidance, etc. keep focusing on the wrong things. Turnover is very high. Promotions also anyhow - CEO of insurance but no insurance BG. Fluff company. Good business, but management of company affairs is an utter fail. Everything is hands off, so it's a mess.
