      1. No Leadership - everyone is doing their own thing with no strategy on how to actually lead talent. HUGE turnover all the time. 2. CEO is very uninspiring, has a massive ego and only likes his own voice. 3. Customers are not happy with the product - the product itself is pretty inconsistent in terms of performance leading to huge customer success issues. 4. Toxic culture - CEO has created a culture that resembles some sort of a 'social experiment' on their talent. No one has the ability to voice their true feelings - the 'just say it' piece is an illusion.
