      Pros

      ChemSW is always pushing the edge in innovate technologies to meet customer requirements in its domain. The latest generation of its web application platform will enable it to rapidly and effectively evolve with the changing marketplace.

      Cons

      The technologies it is developing are very specific and proprietary. It's hard to explain what you do here to people outside the company.

      Pros

      The company has been on a solid growth pattern for many years, many long term employees, and the ability to work with many great customers at the largest chemical, pharma, biological and petrochemical companies and universities in the world. Casual environment, ability to make suggestions and be heard and contribute to change and innovation, flexibility to pursue career paths of interest. Exposure to the latest technologies keep you current with your skill set.

      Cons

      Not a huge corporation so if you are looking for defined career paths, lots of procedures and formalities this is not the place. Most customer interaction is done via phone , email or onsite so you do not get to meet and talk to people face to face on a daily basis.

      Pros

      good training ground for a short time if you you're a good actor (smile, bs, etc..) good opportunity for sales people

      Cons

      emotions run high, people in charge are "all over the place", love you one day, hates you the next, talks bad about colleagues, two faced lots of back stabbing and lack of integrity abusive and bullying management requires a lot of brown nosing and back stabbing to move ahead, integrity goes out the window
