There's a lot of people leaving the company now, some just get tired and find something else, others are getting laid off.

Priorities change constantly. Work is often canceled mid-initiative, leaving teams unable to complete what they started. Citing "rapidly changing landscapes" feels like an excuse rather than a justification and suggests poor planning and an absence of clear decision-making.
Employees are now required to be in the office most of the time, yet the offices are not adequately equipped to support the increased number of people working onsite.
