You'll be looking for a job again in about a year give or take. Leadership and management is extremely poor; especially their strategy for sales. It almost feels like a scheme; they attract more inexperienced sales people (especially those who are unassuming and don't realize that the higher ed. industry will take about 9 months or longer to close)...they round up the sales team and then fire everyone right before a higher percentage of sales are slated to close. Repeat the cycle; hire new sales people, make them feel good because they get to cash in on previous sales coming in to give them confidence and then fire them in about 1 year or so. Also note, this company will not give you your last paycheck nor any commissions due until they force you to sign other documents. Sales onboarding or any ongoing training is almost inexistent. The company is not doing well with sales because the sales team is being 'Lorded" over and micromanaged. If you do some research online and look at the previous sales employees, their length of time, you will see the truth in the terrible turnover at this company.
