Working with some of the best brands alongside talented art directors, account directors and engineers. Proud of the work we did and the positive client relationships.

Cons

Creative proposals were second to none, however the software proposals were consistently problematic, and therefore there were unhappy clients. Competing ecommerce programs developed quickly and left CTG offerings in the dust. For clients to compete to the latest important evolution in customer expectation, enormous additional costs were proposed. Those that did pay for constant upgrades frequently complained 'you sold us the dream, but delivered the nightmare'. All in all, it felt like a business plan to take advantage of sleepy fashion and luxury brands and senior management that were unable to admit how rapidly the client requirements had exceeded the agency technical capabilities.
