      The pay is ok and the location is easy to get to.

      Cons

      The management has little to no communication/interpersonal skills. The benefits package is a joke. The company struggles to provide you with the tools you need to get your job done but chastises you when you can't something done.

      The people are friendly and it's a close knit group. The projects are interesting.

      Cons

      Lack of resources causing people to work late regularly without overtime. Upper management does not care about long term happiness. Low pay and lack of appreciation. That's why people don't stay more than 2 years.
