Good people there and the geo market is a lot of fun and pretty exciting right now. The work/life balance is good. People work 40-45 hours but not a lot more.
Cons
deCarta has had a pretty good business but it is tough to compete against Google Maps which they do in the on-line market. It may be better now that Google charges for maps but it was tough when the G-Maps were free.
