      Pros

      There are great chances to learn always something new, in an amazingly young, stimulating and friendly environment with lot of freedom on how to do the job. Strong and focused teams and challenging projects are the best things this company offers.

      Cons

      Heavy startup rethoric, total submission to clients, the "everyone can do anything" approach, lack of a human resources team and organizational structure.

      Pros

      It’s a very young company, nice colleagues, a good place to learn if you just got a university degree

      Cons

      - Poor company culture: CEO is a former consultancy partner and the all startup thing is just disguised consultancy. Lots of boring political meetings to attend, not really smart and dirty start up culture. Employees are not given a clear career path, and usually there is no or poor growth - No meritocracy: No attention is given to hiring high quality people, because employees hours are directly sold to sturtups, no matter the result.
