      Founders give you room to try new things, and tolerance for failure is high which means that innovation and encouraged. Great opportunity to grow and fly.

      Cons

      If you are slow, in a constant need for structure and stability, this place is not for you. Things are a little messy and unclear reporting structure but pretty normal for growth stage companies.
