Terrible problem with discrimination that isn't recognised by management who say they do not believe in positive discrimination without recognising that their outdated views and inability to separate them from their work life are the primary reason why such positive discrimination is needed in this business.
Discriminatory comments are accepted as a matter of course throughout the business.
If you speak out against the discrimination, you are accused of being part of the problem for not speaking out sooner.
Business is dying a slow and painful death - although given the above this is no bad thing.
