      Niche technology market in RFID has provided explosive growth in a critical high-tech need for tracking pharmaceuticals, documents, and many other items in the supply chain. Excellent leadership and growth opportunities in a company on the way up! Not your average tech company where work outranks your family and personal life. There's a great balance.

      Cons

      After working in retail for 27 years it's refreshing to work for a company going forward that doesn't expect 60+ hours per week.
