Pros

I am approaching my one year mark here at eP and couldn't express higher regard for everything about the company. The CEO and founder, Adam Rose, is very active and involved with the company on a daily basis. He takes time to answer any questions anyone has, keep us up to date on interesting new trends/eCommerce news, and truly cares about every employee on an individual basis. To compliment that, he has chosen senior leadership that align with his values and exemplify the definition of empathy. Between Charly and Sydney, I have never felt alone even though I am working remote and far away from my family and friends. They have elevated eP to more than a work place and truly made it a place for everyone to come and be their authentic selves. Everyone else on the team is amazing- I can't say enough good things about every single person. Adam has made it a point to make sure we stay close even though we are 1000s of miles apart. Whether it be regular weekly meetings, holiday parties, random lunches where we all sit and talk together, or the annual retreats- there is no shortage of time to get to know your coworkers on a personal basis. If you choose to not participate- no one will leave you out. Our general chat is constantly going and we are always excited to add new friends. As for benefits- we didn't have insurance for a while, but as the team grew Charly made sure we added them. Now, I can happily say we have health insurance for anyone who needs it. Your salary is what you make it. There is a reasonable base and if you work to make placements there is no limit to what you can make. On top of that, due to the nature of the small company aspect, we are able to be creative as to what we want to contribute outside of our normal roles. For me, eP has given me an interest in marketing that I am currently taking courses in to be able to bring to the table. Work/life balance here is also unmatched. It took me a while to get used to not telling Charly every time I stepped away from my computer, but the longer I have worked for the more I have gotten used to it- and I love it. I am currently living in a camper exploring the US. I still work during the day, but I am able to work earlier mornings to get off earlier in the day and be able to hike or just enjoy the new area I am in. When I first asked if I could potentially do this I was expecting a long discussion of logistics, but Adam, Charly, and Sydney were more than immediately on board- they were encouraging me to do it. I can't even express how much their support has meant to me and how big of an impact they made on my life through that. Essentially, the opportunities at eP are endless. This is 100% the best company, with the most amazing leadership, I have ever worked for.

Cons

I honestly can't think of a single con.
