Cons
This companies massively hired in 2021 to then go through redundancies in 2022 just because they are making very poor business decision every step of the way. There is a vision, but they do not have the skills to get there. One of the managers is clearly a bully that will have no issue saying "I knew you needed help but you did not ask, so I let you struggle" - Imagine. In the meantime, that same bully took 4 months to give a target to the team, a target that was not even correct. The management is not accountable to you, they are accountable to investors. You do not matter. They will try the best they can to not pay you your incentive, you will be shamed for asking where is your money.
