      Some great people and the London office location is great

      Senior Leadership is particularly poor - lack of strategy and an acceptance of really poor behaviour (bullying, substance use, language) - lack of consistancy and a blame culture is trhoughout the business - there is a them and us split with most of the team being close knit but lack any trust in the company. Nobody has respect for the owner based on the consistant policy of recrutiing new leaderships who are either people he knows or just not right for the business. My advice is be careful before joining

      Pay was ok. Commission incentive was good.

      Cons

      Terrible management, lack of communication from leadership. Strategy is all over the place. Often issues with pay and commission actually being paid. Toxic sales culture where getting numbers was far more important than delivering a good service to the client.
