      Very little bureaucracy, you can get things done. Permissive vacation policy, take what you need.

      Cons

      Not much. A little to reactive instead of proactive in design.

      Focused team efforts. Great Product. Ability to learn and grow in the Healthcare Tech world. You get out the effort you put in. Good benefits. Amazing support from upper management.

      Still building standard processes. Working on product improvements per client. Consider more global efforts. Looking forward to offer of a 401K.
