      Pros

      -Really very friendly people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big. -100% self motivating work environment. -A great experience builder. -Work environment is healthy in all ways. -The opportunities to learn here are excellent, and the opportunity to take on new responsibility is as well. I honestly believe you can be as awesome as you want here. -The team is very cool. If you need any help they always are happy to help and guide you. -The whole office follows the 'Work Hard, Party Harder" mindset. Overall a good place to work!

      Pros

      Esoft Planner is an incredible place to work for many reasons, but most importantly, it us the employees who work there. Everyone puts in energy and dedication to the company's mission of helping facilities achieve their full potential, which helps to unite everyone together. All Employee contributions are valued and recognized by everyone in the company. Everyone within the company has an important role to play to get the job done, and it is this team mentality of cross-collaboration that makes for an amazing culture.

      - Great work environment. The culture at the company is the best I have ever worked with. - Helpful atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help eachother out. - Owner is very approachable and actually cares about his staff. - Advancement opportunities. - Never a dull moment. - Customers are top priority. All in all this is a great company to work for.
