Pros
- Owners are right down the hall and their door is always open. - Don't have a bunch of red tape to get through like in a corporate environment. - True team atmosphere where everyone is relied upon.
Cons
- Smaller company so resources and buying power aren't always as substantial as the big boys. - Not a lot of places to go within the company.
