      Pros

      Great managers, Always helpful and supportive. They encourage proactiveness, which is a good trait to have in this field. They listen and encourage you to take initiative. And they know how to have fun as well.

      Cons

      None experienced during my time there.

      Pros

      Excellent management, from line manager to the CEO. Always helpful, friendly and eager to help whenever they can. Great training/progression program to help boost personal and professional development all covered by the company. Very flexible when it comes to time off. You even get your birthday off separate to your normal AL allowance! Great banter all around, employees and managers. Great escalations process. Escalations also help you learn to improve on what you don't know without just going the job for you.

      Cons

      Can be very busy due to how fast the company grows. Can be quite stressful when large new schools/trusts come on but as with anything when new clients join regardless of the company If you work in the office, you will gain weight due to the fully stocked kitchen!
