This company was spun off from BD because it is failing. In a cost of living crisis the company doesn't give us the pay increase we were due, we are currently in the labour court trying to get our pay increase, all the while the CEO gives himself a 255% pay increase to earn 11 million a year. They changed our pension which we are also in the labour court over, while the little man gets himself a promotion for shafting all his employees. Incompetent management who bully and intimidate people. Sadistic HR department. More and more people leaving every day.

The company leadership. Site leadership are bully’s and intimidate their staff into making decisions that they don’t want to. Global leadership see no value in long term commitment to the company. Employees are not valued. And new leadership just continue to bring in new people that they previously worked with, without offering opportunities to existing staff. Opportunities for promotion seem highly dependant on which site you are in.
