      Pros

      Customers that buy into the product, love it. Conceptually, a great product

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and understanding of how to run a company and manage people. Communication of goals is lacking. Decisions made in a vacuum with no trust of employees. Common language used at the company is "prove to me..." when you have ideas for strategy.

      Multiple layoffs and firing due to poor leadership and over hiring. No GTM structure and the board is all over the place

      Pros

      Easy to make an impact because the company is so small, but the Cofounder will hold you back.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking and poor communication of expectations is shocking. Lack of professionalism should have been a red flag. Half of the team is in the U.S. half is in Israel. The time difference makes things very difficult. Feels like the company is growing at a very slow pace.
