      Flexible and great company to work for

      Pros

      - Very much own time own target - very flexible work timing as long as you deliver what is required. No need go to the office, can work from home Mon-Fri. It’s all based on trust and project ownership. - Management are very nice people, not bossy at all. Feels comfortable to speak out your thoughts. - See alot of technology growth in the product, very fulfilling to be part of the team to make a mark in the industry.

      Tremendous hands on experience with big clientele

      Cons

      Not as fast moving as it should be but that's more to do with clients not moving fast enough.
