Pros

flatfair is a welcoming company that is open to new ideas and committed to employee growth. The commercial team is incredibly collaborative, allowing new employees to learn the product very quickly. Office days are tons of fun and allow for opportunities to engage in person and learn from each other. Everybody on the team has always made me feel welcome and is always willing to help.

flatfair is one of the only companies I have worked for that actually care about you as a person. Most recently I got a puppy and flatfair sent me an embroidered blanket for her. When I won employee of the quarter they sent a cute plaque. Summer socials, Christmas events, weekly catch ups for all remote workers, half day Fridays. There are so many great things about flatfair.

Cons

Some processes aren't as smooth or as simple at they could/should be, which makes things take a little longer.
