Cons

Declining culture and lack of respect for hard working employees makes it difficult to maintain a positive attitude. Long hours, no process and utter lack of respect is blatant.

Love the people and the framework the agency has set up for how it operates

Cons

It doesn't live up to its own committments. They want you to have a hustler's spirit and always be "on" but there isn't enough man-power to be able to reasonably reach these goals/committments.
