Yummy shift drink and relatively easy work.
Cons
Terrible management. The owners are beyond childish and love to come in every month to take over everything. They will ask for your insert themselves and give the worst input. Company routinely fires people believing it will improve sales but the actual issues is how they run a business. Tons of food waste instead of cutting back on the waste and putting that money towards raises they promised to give their employees months ago they've now cut back on the hourly rate and only hire teenagers who have never worked before to take advantage of them.
